Crouch for the Register. The Center shows the Bust of Christopher Gustavus Memminger the Secretary of the Treasury, to right is Minerva the Goddess of War.
    Six Months After the Ratification of a Treaty of Peace Between the Confederate States and the United States this Note was Payable for all dues Except Export Duties and Fundable in Confederate States stock bearing 8% interest.
