Vintage Ball and Chain with shackle
This was purchased with the antique paddy wagon  match perfectly with the ANTIQUE Police Wagon Sleigh they were purchased together.
The ball  appears to be  an older piece not sure of the age antique or  vintage  since the chain is welded shut.
The cuffs may be newer but we don't know the age so just a guess
IT is a heavy metal  ball it weighs around 50 pounds and the diameter
is under 12  inches it has a heavy
chain attached to it just under 5 feet chain
around 1 " Wide x 1 1/2 Long and a shackle, it has the parts you see in the photos.
This would be great to put on display in a shop perfect  for museum  an antique or vintage paddy wagon very old not a toy.
Condition; has patina, discoloration, oxidation, marks, scruffs, nicks and wear.
