(The samples are from a 4 x5 negative, taken with a
lens with just 60 lppmm resolving power, sorry)
Thin film is
0,07mm
thick, regular sheet film like the Fuji Velvia has
0,17 mm
.
It is a little bit tricky to handle ( to prevent buckling ), but you will be get used to it
soon. It is sitting very flat (
better than regular sheet film
) in the Fidelity film holder,
caused by its curving.
The sample pictures were made on 4x5inch format with a lens that just
did resolve 60 line pairs per mm ( 120 dots per mm ).
I just wanted to show the modulation of the tones.
USGS calibration reports using this film and the Carl Zeiss Pleogon
( see my other listings ) are proving a resolution of
180 lppmm or more.
One roll will give 480 sheets of 8x10" film or
600 sheets of 8x9.5" film !
