This auction is for the Notorious Murderer Fotis Dulos of Farmington Connecticut.  This was his own Personal Ski / Waterski Sportube Carrier Case.  The luggage tag appears to be his own penned writing.  The Decal "foregroup" that is on the case is the home building company that he owned.  This case was used by Fotis Dulos for his skis / Waterskis.  Good luck bidding
