    The Mimosa Tree is originally from Asia, but wound up growing in the USA when the French botanist Andre Michaux planted it in his Charleston botanic garden. The floral tree attracts both butterflies and hummingbirds. It’s most notably seen in Florida in the present day, and typically blooms from April to July.
