This is a vintage fine bone china creamer made by Royal Standard in England.
It's decorated in the beautiful Rose of Sharon pattern of pink roses with gold trim on edges and handle.
The bottom is marked as shown.
It's in very good condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or staining.
It measures about 3" tall and 4" from spout to handle.
